# HTTP Source

## HTTP Source

**Intro:**
The most common way to send data to Mezmo is by using an HTTP source. This method provides flexibility and compatibility with various systems that support HTTP endpoints.

**Steps:**

1. Navigate to the **Pipelines page**, select your pipeline, and click **Edit Pipeline**.
2. Click **Add Source**, scroll down to the **HTTP source**, and click it.
3. Add a title, description, and choose a decoding method (defaults to automatic).
4. Click **Save and Next**.
5. Create a new access key, then generate the HTTP endpoint URL using the provided UUID and access key.
6. Test with a `curl` command to ensure data is being received correctly.
