> For clean Markdown of any page, append .md to the page URL. > For a complete documentation index, see https://mezmo.ferndocs.com/ai-guides-editing-pipeline-alert/llms.txt. > For AI client integration (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.), connect to the MCP server at https://mezmo.ferndocs.com/_mcp/server. # Editing a Pipeline Alert ## Editing a Pipeline Alert This section outlines the steps to edit an existing pipeline alert: 1. **Access the Mezmo Web Application** Log in to your Mezmo account and navigate to the **Pipelines** section. 2. **Select the Target Pipeline** Choose the pipeline containing the alert you want to edit and click **Edit Pipeline**. 3. **Locate the Alert Source/Processor** Identify the source or processor associated with the alert and click it to open its configuration. 4. **Access Alert Configuration** Click the three dots (ยทยทยท) and select **Alerts** to view all alerts for that source/processor. 5. **Edit the Alert** * Click the alert name to select it and modify its **name** or **description**. * Configure the **alert type** (e.g., threshold, pattern match). * Adjust the **payload** and specify where the alert should be sent (e.g., email, webhook). 6. **Save and Deploy Changes** Click **Save**, then close the editor. Finally, click **Deploy Pipeline** to apply the changes permanently. ## Saving and Deploying Changes After configuring the alert, you must explicitly save and deploy updates to ensure they take effect. The steps are: * Click **Save** to store changes locally. * Click **Deploy Pipeline** to apply the updated alert configuration to your active pipeline.
